HAPPY NEW Y-O-U!!! Last year is done. Over. Through. Do you want this year to be any different? Are you happy yet? If not, here's a list of things to change this year: 1. Your life ('Cuz it's not working) 2. Your mind (Stupid is as stupid does) 3. Your lover (Marry 'em or bury 'em) 4. Your fluids (I'm talking about your car) 5. Your budget (You can never spend your way outta debt) and 6. Your diet (It should be crap AFTER you eat it, not before) . This is the year of power. People wanting it. Fighting for it. It's the thing. Here's your first lesson this year: Time is Money. Money is Power. Power is Ability. Ability is Control. And Control is Change. Remember that this week as you sit down to work and hump for your boss the next 40-some years( unless you're self-employed).
Vanity, Vanity, what is the value of all your insanity? Why do you work so hard to buy things you don't need, with money you don't have, to impress people you don't like? The one who dies with the most toys doesn't win, he just dies. Money in the bank, and gas in the tank, but how come people running on empty? People in L.a.L.a. Land want a conscience, but they just can't afford it right now. How many seconds after you die is all your material riches worth?? Maybe it's time to deposit something in the Bank of Heaven. Maybe we'll forget once again how short life was after Sept. 11th and that will be the real tragedy. Yes, he'd sell his soul, but it's been marked down too many times... She was such a victim, she belonged in a pawn shop.
